STM supports 10th Public Quality Symposium |
The 10th Public Quality Symposium was organized on May 25 – 26, 2009 by the Turkish Society for Quality (KALDER).
As in the previous years, STM was happy to participate as a sponsor in this year’s symposium, the main theme of which was “Post-Crisis World Order and the Role of the Public”. It is known that with the economic crisis currently experienced, even the greatest economies can suffer if public administrations are not managed well.
In the symposium, participants discussed the possible post-crisis world order, the potential position of public administrations in this new order and whether public administrations are adequately equipped to handle the situation.
STM, which produces technology-focused consultancy and engineering solutions for its clients in military and civil arenas, continues its activities with a strict adherence to the principles of its quality system in all applications and projects.
STM has a quality management system certified under TS ISO 9001:2000, TS ISO/IEC 27001 and NATO AQAP 160 for Consultancy and Software-Oriented System Design, Development, Installation and Maintenance. In addition to these certifications, STM’s quality management system is also certified for compliance to US Software Engineering Institute’s “Capability Maturity Model Integration” (SEI CMMI), Level 3.
