In the results of the “Turkey’s Top 500 IT Companies, 2008” survey, the one and only survey that takes the pulse and stands as a reference of the Turkish IT sector, STM has been for the fourth time selected the first in the “consultancy" category.

According to the results of the survey held by Interpromedya and announced publicly at a ceremony held on 29 June 2009 at the Istanbul Technical University, STM maintained its first place in 2008 in the “consultancy services” category, with a revenue increase from YTL 27.6 million in 2007 to YTL 34.2 million in 2008. With this award, STM managed to maintain its top place, which it has been keeping firmly since 2005, and become one of the best performing top 20 IT companies of the last three years.

On the other hand, in the league table based on turnover figures calculated in consideration of the total business volume in the market and total income from sales across Turkey, STM rose from its 74th place in 2007 to the 62nd place in 2008 among the top 500 companies, with a turnover of YTL 91,095.000. 

STM also maintained its third place in the “system integration” category and took the sixth place among the top 10 IT companies of Ankara.

As a company providing engineering support services, particularly in the fields of defence systems and projects, and developing authentic concepts and solutions in the hardware/software area, STM has been serving clients from various sectors for the last 17 years.
