Service Management System Policy

It is our fundamental principle to carry out service processes in compliance with national and international standards, ensure continuous improvement, and provide uninterrupted service delivery.

Our objectives are to:

  • Manage service assets and resources efficiently and cost-effectively,
  • Perform cost analyses of services and report them to management,
  • Optimize IT infrastructure and support processes to enhance accessibility and availability.

Our aim is to sustain quality across all processes and maximize employee satisfaction.

Information Security Policy

Ensuring the security of information is of vital importance for STM, an organization that produces knowledge. The purpose of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), in line with STM’s vision and mission, is to:

  • Ensure the security of the information held by STM, taking into account the security sensitivity of the defense sector where we are a global player and the importance we attach to reputation;
  • Establish, operate, and maintain a high-standard information security infrastructure that supports the vision of our organization;
  • Ensure the security of information related to our projects, due to their critical nature;
  • Guarantee confidentiality, integrity, and availability in all services we provide to ensure the secure continuation of STM’s operations.

A risk management approach is applied in information security. For this purpose, information security risks are identified, assessed, and managed. Therefore, as STM and its employees, in order to manage all types of risks to our information assets, we are committed to:

  • Complying with the principles of confidentiality, integrity, and availability when information is created, processed, transmitted, and stored;
  • Defining the roles and responsibilities of all employees within the system to ensure the security of information;
  • Providing security awareness and training at regular intervals to all employees, and to contractors and subcontractors when necessary;
  • Acting in accordance with the principle of “segregation of duties” in activities such as system management, network management, and information security.

STM has adopted all of these practices as its policy and has communicated them to relevant stakeholders.

STM Top Management declares and commits to providing support and resources at all stages to establish, operate, monitor, and continuously improve the Information Security Management System in accordance with the objectives set out in this policy. It also undertakes to conduct annual surveillance audits and certification renewal audits every three years, assumes all responsibilities stated in the Statement of Applicability, and directs, supports, and assigns personnel as necessary to ensure the effective operation of the Information Security Management System.
