Leave Policy
In addition to the leave entitlements defined by the Labor Law, STM offers 54 hours of excused leave, as well as dedicated leave options for employees pursuing Master’s, PhD, or post-doctoral studies.
We also provide a Birthday Leave, which can be used either on the employee’s birthday or anytime within the month following it.
