Internal Training Programs

Based on identified development needs, employees can join assigned or self-selected trainings, conferences, and seminars. They can also access online learning opportunities through platforms such as Udemy, Enocta, and Cambly.
Your First Steps at STM
Upon joining STM, each new employee is paired with a Guide Employee from their department. This guide provides social and technical support starting from day one, ensuring a smooth transition into the role and the company culture.

Leadership Development Program
Designed to empower our successful experts as they progress into leadership roles, this program aims to enhance and strengthen the STM Leadership Model. It is a comprehensive six-month development journey enriched with classroom training, assessment tools, and coaching sessions.
Project Manager Development Program
This six-month program supports the technical, personal, and managerial development of our Project Managers. It is built around STM’s Project Management Processes and focuses on the key competencies required to excel as an effective project leader.
You&Me Mentoring Program
