STM School covers all kinds of training and development programs to ensure the continuous development of our employees. These are:
Information Sharing Platform: It is a platform open to the participation of all employees, which was created for employees to convey the information gained from their previous experiences and the trainings/activities they attended.
Development Tracking Platform: This program, which is designed to support your development journey, is an online companion in development goals by offering the opportunity to plan development steps, benefit from hundreds of resources and make applications with development supporters.
Internal Trainings: It is possible for all employees to take part in these trainings both as trainers and participants.
External Trainings: Within the scope of the training plan created by considering the training needs, employees may participate in the trainings and conferences that are assigned to them or chosen by themselves.
When you start your work, a "Guide Employee" is appointed, who takes part in the same department as you and guides you on social and technical issues since your first day. With the “First Day Orientation”, a program is carried out on the day you take the first step to STM, where we convey information that may be useful in your first days in the company, organizational structure and STM.
After completing a few months in STM and gaining some experience, a comprehensive “General Orientation Program” is organised, enriched with team work activities, where you have the opportunity to get to know STM, our departments, our core competencies and the culture that makes us STM.
Manager Development Program:
It is a 6-month development program enriched with in-class trainings, inventories and coaching meetings designed to create and maintain the “STM Leadership Model” in order to ensure that our experts who are successful in their field can continue their same success on the way of leadership.
Project Manager Development Program:
This program, designed to support the technical, personal and managerial development of our Project Managers, is a 6-month program that covers the "STM Project Management Processes" and includes the answer to the question "What are the Competencies a Project Manager Should Have?".
It is an innovative development program that includes reverse mentoring processes, designed to support continuous development in corporate life, increase communication and provide experience sharing through the online smart mentoring platform.
We support the participation of universities in programs in order to support employees with continuous superior performance.
