As a result of the application evaluations we conduct with the technical team, we carry out the interview planning with the candidates who are deemed suitable for the position. We assign them the evaluation tools consisting of online personality inventory-English exam and video interview. After the panel interview including technical departments and Human Resources, your process begins.

Except for the English exam submitted online, we send a technical exam before the interview for the applied position. Exam content can vary depending on the position and department applied.

Even though your job application has been evaluated negatively for the applied position, you can be involved in the process again if there is a vacant position that you may be suitable for.

As part of our trainee program, STARTEAM, we only evaluate Undergraduate students.

Working Conditions:

Working hours for our Ankara Offices are between 09:00 - 18:00 and for our İstanbul and Gölcük Offices between 08:00 - 17:00 on weekdays.

We believe in the importance of the efficiency of combining career life and private life flexibly, thus we apply the “Flexible Working Hours” system in our company.

Absences:

In addition to the absences defined in accordance with the Labor Law, there is “Birthday Leave” to be used on birthdays and following weeks. We also provide 54 hours of casual leave per year for use in any case.
