YETEN Capability Inventory Project

Developed by STM under the guidance of the Presidency of Defence Industries of the Republic of Türkiye, the YETEN Defence Industry Capability Inventory is a strategic software application introduced to strengthen the defense industry ecosystem.

YETEN centralizes critical data regarding organizations operating in the defense and aerospace sectors, including financial structures, human resources, product portfolios, and production and testing infrastructures. It enables comprehensive and flexible reporting whenever needed.

Through integrations with various public institutions and organizations, information updates are carried out automatically, securely, and efficiently. With its scalable and updatable architecture, the system ensures sustainable data management.

YETEN serves as an advanced decision-support platform capable of conducting strategic analyses to identify how the needs of the Turkish Armed Forces can be met domestically. It also leverages artificial intelligence-driven methodologies to identify open technology areas and potential domestic manufacturers.

Moreover, YETEN contributes to the supply chain processes of defense industry firms, allowing prime contractors to discover capable but previously underrecognized companies within the ecosystem.

From peacetime to periods of mobilization and wartime, YETEN supports planning efforts and provides a strategic contribution to the development of local and national production by mapping the sector’s overall capabilities.
